This is an intimate, chef-hosted Indigenous culinary experience led by Chef Sarah Meconse Mierau. Guests take part in a hands-on Indigenous tea blending workshop, enjoy a seasonal lunch at Tradish Café, and connect with stories about food sovereignty, plant medicine, and cultural teachings.

Chef Sarah is an Indigenous chef, educator, and storyteller from the Sayisi Dene First Nation. She is the founder of Tradish, a business dedicated to Indigenous nourishment, plant medicine, and food sovereignty. Her work centres on culture, community, and healing through food.
The menu is guided by Indigenous foodways and seasonal availability.
We can accommodate some dietary needs with advance notice, but flexibility may be limited given the nature of the menu and teachings.
The tea blending experience is offered year-round by request. A minimum of two weeks’ notice is required, and availability is confirmed once your booking request is reviewed.
