Fort Langley: sacred sips with chef sarah

Blend Teas + Share Stories

Experience Overview

Step into Tradish: The Ancestor Café in historic Fort Langley for an intimate Indigenous culinary journey led by Chef Sarah Meconse Mierau. A proud member of the Sayisi Dene First Nation and founder of Tradish, Sarah brings forward her culture, resilience, and teachings through food that nourishes body and spirit.

During this seasonal fall and winter gathering, you’ll learn the art of tea blending with Indigenous plant medicines and enjoy a nourishing lunch crafted with intention. As you blend, sip, and share, Sarah weaves stories of food sovereignty, family, and healing that give deeper meaning to every bite and every cup.

This is more than a workshop — it’s a chance to gather, honour Indigenous knowledge, and connect around the table in a way that is both sacred and memorable.
