The Tourism Innovation Lab is a non-profit initiative created to find, foster and support new tourism ideas. They support entrepreneurs in Canada through the “Spark” Mentorships & Grants Program. Through this program we seek to build to cultivate a community of chefs that people can access while preparing for their vacation in any of the cities where the experiences are available.

The concept of “With The Chef” bridges the space between the guest and the chef and transforms dining out from eating to experience.

Since we launched this program in 2022, we have connected over 120 guests with chefs at their restaurants.
