We have been returning to Ucluelet and Tofino for more than 30 years.
Over time, those visits have become relationships with chefs, restaurant owners, makers, artists, accommodation partners and local people who each know a different piece of this coast.

ROOTS + WAVES began as a chef-hosted culinary experience connecting Ucluelet and Tofino through food, people and the stories of the Pacific Rim.
That experience taught us something important: some of the most memorable days here are the ones built around the people travelling.
Today, that same thinking shapes our custom Pacific Rim experiences.
