An Evening with Chef Vikram Vij is an intimate, chef-led dining experience where guests enjoy a multi-course menu curated by one of Canada’s most celebrated chefs. Beyond the meal, Chef Vij shares stories, cultural insights, and behind-the-scenes perspectives on his culinary journey.
The evening lasts about 2.5 hours, allowing time for a thoughtfully paced multi-course meal, storytelling, and conversation with Chef Vij.
Your booking includes the full chef-led dining experience: a multi-course menu designed by Chef Vij, curated beverage pairings, gratuities, and an intimate setting with direct access to the chef’s stories and insights.
The experience is hosted at Vij’s, Chef Vij’s iconic restaurant in Vancouver, known for redefining Indian cuisine in Canada.
The price is CA$313 per guest (all-inclusive). A minimum of 4 guests is required. For smaller groups, a flat rate of CA$1,252 applies.
The experience is designed for small groups to maintain its intimacy and exclusivity. The standard group size starts at 4 guests, with options for larger, private events available on request.
Some dietary accommodations may be possible with advance notice, though flexibility is limited to preserve the integrity of Chef Vij’s menu.
Yes. This is a private, chef-led dining event at Vij’s, reserved exclusively for your group. There will be other diners in the restaurant, but if you require privacy throughout the arrival and dinner experience, please let us know. We pride ourselves on catering to our VIP guests and maintaining their anonimity.
